Privatus Care Solutions, a well-established provider of home care services, is searching for a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to join our Burlington, MA location. This position will require a detail-oriented team player that genuinely enjoys helping people, problem solving, and delivering top-notch customer service. Working with our team you will:

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of private care services to our clients


• Develop relationships and interact with clients and caregivers on a daily basis

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Excellent communication skills


• Attention to detail


• Highly proficient computer skills


• Prior home care scheduling experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Home care scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)


• Scheduling CNAs/HHAs: 1 year (Preferred)


• Scheduling RNs: 1 year (Preferred)
