What You'll Do: - Manage staff scheduling, including coverage for call-ins, PTO tracking, and schedule adjustments for RCAs
- Communicate scheduling needs and concerns to leadership
- Attend required meetings and in-service trainings
- Provide limited on-call scheduling support as needed
- Greet visitors and support front-desk operations, including phone and correspondence coverage
- Respond professionally to residents, families, and staff inquiries
- Maintain resident and employee confidentiality
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, copying, mailings, and appointment packet preparation
- Escalate resident or staff concerns to management in a timely, respectful manner
What You'll Need: - Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2 years of scheduling experience (required)
- Resident Care Assistant experience (required)
- Previous use of a scheduling platform (preferred)
