Scheduling Coordinator

Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Florida’s largest full-service civil litigation firm, is seeking a Scheduling Clerk with a minimum of two years of legal experience to join our Tampa office. This position is on-site full-time. 

Qualified candidates should have prior experience with scheduling in a fast-paced support role within a litigation firm. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage attorney schedules, hearings, depositions, mediations, and other case-related events


• E-file documents in both state and federal courts


• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel


• Secure court reporters and videographers as needed

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of legal experience in a civil litigation firm


• Proficiency in e-filing systems for state and federal courts


• Strong computer and calendaring skills 


• Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment
