Position Summary

We are seeking an organized, upbeat, and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the daily flow of appointments, supporting front office operations, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in-person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
   
• Schedule and confirm appointments for new and existing patients
   
• Coordinate provider schedules to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction
   
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation in our practice management system
   
• Monitor and manage daily schedules to reduce downtime and handle last-minute changes
   
• Communicate appointment reminders, treatment follow-ups, and other important info to patients
   

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dental, orthodontic, or medical scheduling preferred
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
   
• Proficiency in scheduling software and computer systems (experience with orthodontic software is a plus)
   
• A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
