We are a successful, progressive orthodontic office in Mill Valley. We have a fun, positive team who enjoys working with our patients and each other. We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator as our current scheduling coordinator plans to retire.
We are searching for a reliable, enthusiastic and dedicated applicant. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and organizational skills and the ability to work with different people. The applicant should demonstrate ability to work efficiently with computers and related technology.
A college degree is preferred but not required. Dental experience is preferred but not required.
The position includes 5 day workweek. Compensation is based on experience.

We take a conservative approach and minimize radiation exposure to our patients. We reserve the 3D imaging (dental CT) for cases with dental impactions, craniofacial syndromes and abnormalities, joint problems, or for those who require jaw surgery.
