We’re currently looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to support our technicians and help deliver a smooth, organized experience to our customers.
Role Description
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily flow of service appointments, routing technicians efficiently, and keeping customers informed. This role is perfect for someone who loves details, thrives under structure, and wants to be part of a tight-knit team. Remote work available up to 2 days per week after training.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and assign technician routes based on service areas and availability
- Confirm and reschedule appointments with customers as needed
- Monitor technician check-ins and assist with real-time updates
- Communicate with customers to clarify appointment details or service needs
- Track service completion and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate scheduling records in company software
- Help with occasional administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous scheduling, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong phone and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay focused under time constraints
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and online scheduling platforms
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Ability to work remotely 2 days/week after training
