What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate schedules for HHA, CNA, and LPN staff

• Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers and clients

• Ensure continuity and quality of care through consistent scheduling

What You’ll Need:

• Fluency in Russian and English (Required)

• Strong customer service and multitasking skills

• Prior healthcare/home health scheduling experience (preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Schedule:

• Full-time

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

• On-call rotation
