Job Description - Scheduling Coordinator: Service - Mercedes-Benz of San Juan

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Handling and responding promptly to incoming calls, emails, and online chats. 

  • Communicating with customers regarding appointment scheduling, appointment changes, missed appointments, and cancellations.

  • Schedule appointments according to scheduling rules.

  • Maintaining strong communication skills via email, text, and google sheets. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • A team-spirit!

  • Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish 

  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

Hard skills:



  • Experience with business software (Email clients, Microsoft Office, Gmail for businesses).

  • Moderate understanding of web browser functions (Know what a URL is, how to use multiple browsers at a time, understand how cookies work).

  • Must be able to type at 45+ WPM (no looking at your hands as you type!).

  • Polished, professional, and positive phone and email communication skills.

  • Experience in an environment of moderate pressure, and capable of making conscientious decisions on the fly.

  • Fully written and spoken bilingual strongly preferred.

  • Prior relevant hands-on experience with CRM software, sales, or phone systems is always a bonus.


Schedule:



  • This is a full-time position.

  • Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm, rotating Saturdays 8:30am - 5:00pm.

  • Off Sunday and one weekday.


Compensation:



  • $15 per hour, with a bonus structure of up to $200 per month.
