Scheduling Engineer II CPM / Primavera P6

THE OPPORTUNITY A well-regarded construction firm in Columbus, OH is seeking a Scheduling Engineer II to independently support project teams with CPM schedule development, maintenance, and analysis. WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE • Weekly pay plus performance-based bonus opportunities • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) • Medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k), and paid time off • Wellness program, referral program, and professional development assistance YOUR DAY-TO-DAY • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 • Collaborate with Preconstruction and Business Development teams on proposal and bid schedules • Lead subcontractor schedule coordination meetings and secure schedule commitments • Input weekly project updates and analyze progress, changes, and forecasts • Conduct jobsite visits to assess project status and identify delays or risks • Assist with recovery schedules, time impact analyses, and cost/resource-loaded schedules • Maintain scheduling documentation and reporting tools for management and client communication WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Four-year degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience • Experience with Primavera P6, SureTrack, or Microsoft Project required • Working knowledge of building construction materials, systems, and sequencing • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to read and interpret design drawings and contract documents • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities READY TO APPLY?
