Improve Fab efficiency by optimizing lot scheduling and staging systems Manage and guide a team of Operations Improvement Engineers Perform safety training, audits, and drive quality improvement initiatives Coordinate with AMHS hardware and software groups to optimize system performance Manage projects ensuring timely completion of deliverables Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Business-related field accompanied by 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing Proven track record in project management and team development Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality improvement processes Excellent communication and collaboration skills with collaborators Master's degree in Engineering or a Business-related field accompanied by 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing Experience in leading global initiatives and bringing to bear well-established methods
