Location: 4633B Aicholtz Road Cincinnati, OH 45244

Hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday. Must be available to work six non-traditional hours after 4:30 p.m. each week.

Pay: $16.00/hour

Position Summary

Our Scheduling Specialist is an essential member of the team supporting our Mental Health Providers with scheduling of clients and maintaining full schedules for our clinical providers in the Clermont County location . The ideal candidate is warm, welcoming, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Schedule therapy appointments for Behavioral Health staff.
• Track and manage clinical paperwork.
• Request and release client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line telephone system.
• Enter accurate information into the electronic health record (EHR).
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, referral sources, and community stakeholders.
• Provide outstanding customer service while supporting clients and families.
• Provide office coverage at other Child Focus locations as needed, including offices located in Brown County and Hamilton County.
  

Qualifications

• Impeccable attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Required: HS Diploma/GED

 Experience Preferred:  

• 1  year of scheduling experience within an EHR 
• 1 year of front desk experience in a clinical setting
