Company Description

We are a private luxury rehabilitation & detox facility located on the east side of Mallorca, where we offer our international clients on a 1/1 basis personalized care, during their 2 to 8 weeks stay at one of our private villas. Due to the nature of our work, the clients expect top quality with high standards. So timing and resolution must be on point. Confidentiality is a must as well as handling delicate situations in a professional and constructive manner.

Job Description

We are in search of a team member who can assist with Scheduling Support for our international clients personalized schedules. It is important to be highly organized, detail-oriented and have good team spirit.

Qualifications

• Full-time online position with flexible hours.

• Good high speed and stable internet connection.

• Language skills: English minimum, Arabic, additional languages would be a plus as we are an international team. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams and Excel especially) and scheduling software.

• Writing weekly reports and assisting in online meetings.

• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client information.

Additional Information

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multitask and prioritize effectively. 

• Coordinate appointments and activities.

•  Schedule hospital / clinic appointments and leisure activities.

• Respond promptly to scheduling requests.

• Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and activities.

• Communicate with team members to confirm appointment details and ensure they have all necessary information.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care for clients.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt are essential.

• Willingness to lean and adapt to new tasks.
