Location: Fairhaven, MA | Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday

At Little People’s College, we’re more than a daycare—we’re a dedicated Early Education and Care program providing year-round, high-quality education and care for infants through school-age children.

Our School Age Program offers enriching before-school, after-school, and school vacation day care, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and experienced Site Coordinator to lead one of our programs with heart and purpose.

This role blends hands-on engagement with students and administrative leadership to ensure we continue delivering the exceptional quality LPC is known for.

$22-24 commensurate with education and experience.

Part-time or full-time depending on qualifications and desired schedule

Requirements

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (preferred)
• Meets or can meet EEC Site Coordinator qualifications
• Prior experience working with school-aged children
• Leadership and supervision experience—especially in child care or education
