What You'll Be Doing:

• 
  

  Help run the day-to-day operations of a thriving childcare center

  
  


• 
  

  Support your team and create a positive, collaborative environment

  
  


• 
  

  Lead with heart—support curriculum planning and staff development

  
  


• 
  

  Build strong, trusting relationships with families

  
  


• 
  

  Stay on top of paperwork, licensing, and compliance like a pro

  
  


• 
  

  Make sure every child in our care feels safe, loved, and encouraged to grow

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  You’re at least 21 years old

  
  


• 
  

  You have 2–3 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting (administrative or leadership experience is a big plus!)

  
  


• 
  

  You're passionate, proactive, and excited to lead

  
  


• 
  

  You're willing to obtain:

    Texas Director Credential (we’ll cover the cost!)

    CPR/First Aid Certification

    Food Handlers & ServSafe Certification

    
    
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  You can pass a background check and have a valid TX driver’s license with a clean record

  You're flexible and available to work between 6:00am–6:00pm, Monday through Friday
