School-Based Therapist – Williamsburg School District

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School-Based Therapist to provide mental health therapy services to children and families within the Williamsburg School District. This position plays a vital role in supporting students’ emotional well-being and fostering strong school-family-community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions during the school day, with occasional sessions conducted via telehealth or in an office setting.
   
• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and staff to build strong relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
   
• Engage families in the therapeutic process and provide support tailored to each student's needs.
   
• Connect students and families with appropriate community resources, promoting coordination between school personnel and community providers.

Degree Required: Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy

License Required: LSW, LPC, or MFT
