Infinity Mental Health is hiring licensed therapists (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW) for our School-Based Mental Health Program.

What You'll Do
- Deliver individual and family therapy to students referred for mental health services.
- Provide outreach, psycho-education, and mental health trainings to teachers, parents, classrooms, and departments to build mental health awareness.
- Collaborate with school teams, administrators, and caregivers to support student wellness.
- Use electronic health records for documentation, scheduling, and care coordination.
- Manage your caseload and schedule with the support of our administrative and clinical team.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development through Infinity Mental Health.
What We're Looking For
- A licensed clinician (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW) in Maryland.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to work independently within a school setting.
- Someone who enjoys building something new, thrives with autonomy, and takes initiative.
- Passionate about mental health access and equity for youth and families.
- Energetic, collaborative, and flexible—no two days are the same in school-based work!
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or families preferred.
- Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply (Spanish and Mandarin)
