We have locations in Amherst, Huntington, and Worthington, as well as a school-based health center at Gateway Regional Middle/High School in Huntington.  

A day in the life of this role: 

The SBHC Nurse Practitioner works to provide quality medical services for students of the School Based Health Center. This position reports to the School Based Program Manager regarding program operations and administrative matters and to the Medical Director or qualified delegated representative regarding clinical matters.

What we need from you: 

• Current MA Nurse Practitioner License, DEA Registration, and MA Controlled Substance Registration 
• Minimum of 1 year of post-license experience in Pediatrics 
• Commitment to community health and working knowledge of rural services and needs 
• Must be able to function as a productive member of a team
