School Based Registered Nurse - Exeter, PA - Immediate Start

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced School Nurse (RN) to join our team in Exeter, PA. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive healthcare services to a student in Harding, PA, with transportation to the NEIU-19 Learning Campus in Dunmore, PA. The ideal candidate will have a current RN license in Pennsylvania, be comfortable with heavy lifting, and have experience with toileting/diapering if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide healthcare services to a student with special needs in their home in Harding, PA.
• Accompany the student to school at the NEIU-19 Learning Campus in Dunmore, PA.
• Administer medication, treatments, and first aid as needed.
• Monitor and assess the student's health status and respond to medical emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience working as a nurse, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and assisting with toileting/diapering if needed.
• Ability to complete/obtain PA clearances required for school employment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
