School based Speach Therapist (SLP)

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) 

2025–2026 school year 

Concord, NH 

The Concord School District is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support K–5 students for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday through Friday, working with students in both group settings and 1:1 sessions.

  Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours

  
  


• 
  

  Pay Rate: $45–$50 per hour, based on experience

  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct evaluations and develop IEP goals

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student success

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver services in both individual and small group formats

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  
  


• 
  

  Valid New Hampshire SLP license 

  
  


• 
  

  Previous school-based experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and collaboration skills
