CASSY is the leader in youth mental health services in the Bay Area and partners with local schools to place competent, compassionate therapists directly on school campuses to provide comprehensive mental health services to all enrolled students at no charge. Our mission is to de-stigmatize mental health services and make supporting students' social and emotional well-being the norm in our schools. CASSY supports students through individual, group, and family counseling, while also offering crisis support and intervention, staff and parent consultations, and classroom lessons on bullying prevention, depression, and suicide awareness. • Provide mental health counseling, case management, crisis intervention, and consultation services to enrolled students and their families.
• Provide psycho-education, trainings, and consultation to staff and collaborates with the school community.
• Create, monitor, and implement individual treatment plans with goals for each student.
• Must be licensed with a CA licensing board (AMFT/ASW/LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/ Psychologist)
• Must be able to meet with clients on school campus

Requirements

1. Conduct group, individual, and/or family therapy for each assigned student.
2. Maintain a minimum caseload as indicated by Clinical Supervisor.
3. Create, monitor, and implement individual treatment plans with goals for each student.
4. Participate in school, parent, and community workshops, presentations, and collaborative meetings.
5. Work collaboratively and provide consultation with school staff.
6. Record and document all client and collateral contacts in a timely manner, as required by professional, legal, and ethical standards.
7. Assist with crisis intervention and treatment.
8. Attend all required trainings and meetings, as designated by supervisor, which may include some evenings and weekends.
9. Meet regularly with supervisor, both individually and in group, and present cases as required.
10. Maintain and report client demographic and treatment data within data system.
11. Consult regularly with outside professionals, which may include CPS, CAMFT, School Resource Officers and BBS.

Hourly rate - $46.77-$52.70
