Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a School Based Therapist for Community Counseling Solutions in Boardman, Oregon.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide school-based behavioral health services for children and adolescents within a collaborative educational setting
• Complete behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and prevention programming
• Partner with teachers, school administrators, families, and community providers to coordinate care and improve student outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while practicing with professional autonomy

COMPENSATION
• $56,025-$92,628 Annual Salary
• $4,565 Sign-On Bonus

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, or Related Field REQUIRED
• Active Oregon LCSW, LPC, or LMFT License OR Working Toward Licensure REQUIRED
• Experience Working with Children and Adolescents Preferred
• Experience Providing Individual, Group, and Crisis Intervention Services Preferred
• Strong Documentation and Care Coordination Skills
• Ability to Collaborate with School Personnel, Families, and Community Partners
