School BCBA opening in Washington D.C - Leading Industry Pay

We are excited to announce a brand new opportunity for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Washington, D.C. for the 2023-2024 school year.

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for students in grades K-12 based on their individual needs and strengths. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other members of the student's educational team to ensure that the behavior intervention plan is being implemented effectively and that the student is making progress towards their goals.

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or in the process of obtaining certification
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Previous experience working with students with diverse needs in a school setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with behavior assessment and intervention strategies
• Willingness to follow all relevant school policies and procedures
• Ability to work onsite at Richmond Heights Local for the duration of the contract
• Must have or be able to obtain all necessary clearances and certifications required by the state and district

Compensation:
Hourly rate is contingent upon experience and education. Range varries between $50.67 to $58.33
