Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and reliable Bus Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess the necessary qualifications to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transit.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a bus following a set route and schedule
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers, especially children
- Maintain order and discipline among passengers, utilizing behavior management techniques when necessary
- Provide a high level of customer service to all passengers
- Keep the bus clean and well-maintained
- Communicate effectively with transportation staff and passengers

Qualifications
- Previous experience driving buses, particularly in school or paratransit settings
- Possess a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
- Familiarity with van driving and passenger transportation protocols
- Ability to educate passengers on bus safety procedures
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of passengers
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for better passenger engagement

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
