About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable School Contract Review Specialist & Processor to join our team in Westbury, NY. This role is ideal for someone who has direct experience working with school district contracts and understands the nuances and timelines involved in public education procurement processes.

You will play a key role in reviewing, processing, and ensuring the timely submission of contracts—primarily for school districts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, has a strong eye for detail, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with district-specific requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Track and manage contract submission timelines to ensure timely delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and approvals.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain organized digital records of contract documents.

  
  


• 
  

  Flag and follow up on discrepancies or missing information.

  
  


• Weekly Internal Reporting to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications: 

• 
  

  Preferred: Experience with New York State school district contracts (public education procurement).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based document management systems.
