School Custodian/Maintenance

Forest Lake Area School District is seeking a reliable and motivated Custodian/District Maintenance to join our facilities team. This full-time position plays a key role in providing students, staff, and community members with a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Your Role Will Include:

• Perform District maintenance mechanic duties. 
• Ability to work independently is required. 
• Strong and reliable attendance is essential.   

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Special Boiler License preferred or ability to obtain within one (1) year of hire.
• Unlicensed electrical card.
• HVAC controls and HVAC maintenance experience.
• Pool maintenance experience is a plus.
• Successful completion of background check.
   

Salary and Benefits:

• $23.97 – $26.45, depending on experience. 
• Benefits - Dental, life insurance, paid holidays, and medical insurance.

Location & Shift Times:

• Forest Lake Area Middle School, FT, Monday–Friday, 5:30 am–2:00 pm.
