We are looking for a passionate and experienced School Director to lead our dedicated team at Celebree School of Dulles at Arcola, ensuring full compliance with all state licensing requirements and maintaining the highest standards in health, safety, and early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

Lead by example to create a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment

Provide coaching, performance reviews, and mentoring to support staff growth and morale

Ensure appropriate staffing levels and oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts

Licensing & Program Compliance

Ensure adherence to Virginia state licensing requirements, health regulations, and internal safety protocols

Monitor training and certification status of all staff and maintain up-to-date records

Conduct classroom visits and internal reviews to ensure consistent program quality

Daily Operations & School Management

Manage day-to-day school operations including scheduling, enrollment, communication, and facility upkeep

Implement and maintain school policies that support a safe, nurturing, and structured environment

Collaborate closely with the school owner and regional team to meet operational goals

Parent & Community Engagement

Cultivate strong relationships with parents through clear communication and a responsive, solutions-based approach

Represent the school professionally in parent meetings, school tours, and local events

Ensure parent feedback is addressed promptly and thoughtfully

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field (Master’s preferred)

Minimum of 3 year of leadership experience in a licensed early childhood program

In-depth knowledge of Virginia state licensing regulations and early education best practices

Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills

A deep passion for early education and a commitment to high standards of care and learning

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
