Job Summary

Are you an experienced preschool/daycare administrator ready to take on a leadership role? Celebree School of Warrington is seeking a dynamic and strategic School Director to oversee school daily operations. This pivotal role is perfect for someone passionate about early childhood education and skilled in managing teams, budgets, and educational programs.

Our program serves preschool children 6 weeks - 12 years of age. Programs include, Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before and After Care and Summer Camp.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of school operations, including enrollment, staffing, budgeting, and resource management.

Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance educational offerings and improve child outcomes.

Lead, mentor, and support staff in their professional growth and performance.

Ensure curriculum development aligns with educational standards and promotes engaging learning experiences.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, classroom observations, and one-on-one coaching sessions to support staff development.

Review and approve lesson plans to ensure alignment with curriculum goals and the school’s mission.

Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and implement improvements based on feedback.

Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and internal Brand Standard and policies.

Organize community outreach efforts to promote the center’s mission and vision.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven leadership experience in an educational setting is essential.

Strong skills in budgeting, strategic planning, and program management are highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to educate and mentor staff while managing diverse teams effectively.

Excellent communication skills with a focus on building relationships with families, staff, and community partners.

Salary advertised is an estimate; final salary is negotiable dependent on final position, level of education and experience.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
