What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations and management of the school


• Oversee curriculum implementation & regulatory compliance


• Supervise, mentor & support an amazing team of educators


• Maintain accurate administrative records & reports


• Collaborate with families and build strong community ties


• Ensure a safe, enriching, and nurturing environment


• Organize staff meetings, professional development & events

What You Bring to the Table:

• 21+ years old


• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education


• NC Director's Credential & NC Qualifying Letter


• 3-5+ years in a leadership/admin role in licensed childcare


• CPR & First Aid Certified


• Background Check Cleared


• Ability to work a rotating shift between 6:00am–6:00pm, Mon–Fri
