School Food Service Kitchen Manager

School Food Service Kitchen Manager needed for food service program in the Boynton Beach FL, area. Monday through Friday, day shift, 7.5 hours daily. No weekends, or holidays. Summers off.

ServSafe® certification a plus. K-12 experience is a plus, but not required. Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools.

• Over see kitchen operation on a daily basis.


• Be sure all menu items are based on the guidelines of the NSLP


• Serving, food preparation.


• Observe that the quality, and food safety procedures are being followed at all times


• Observe that personal protection equipment is in use at all times.


• Prepare inventories, and month end paperwork.


• Over see Kitchen staff, and staffing needs.
