Responsibilities:

• Accompany the student to and/or from school, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Provide care as needed during transportation.
• Assist with G-Tube maintenance and ensure proper functioning.
• Administer medication as per the prescribed schedule and guidelines.
• Transport the child to and from medical appointments, ensuring timely arrivals.

Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered RN OR LPN  license in the state of Florida
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
• Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
• In compliance with state and Federal regulations
• CPR
• Valid AHCA/ level two background screening
• TB test showing a negative result
