SUMMIT HOME CARE is looking for a skilled RN with experience with a Gastrostomy Tube, Trach, and Vent for a special needs school in Wanamassa. Full time. Hours are a full school day 8:15am-3:15pm monday through friday. (no bus route)

Responsibilities:

• Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
• Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
• Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

Requirements:

• Current license in the state
• Up to date first aid and CPR certification
• Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
