  • Manages, mentors, and builds a high-performing sales team, establishing clear KPIs, quotas, and accountabilities.

  • Educates school administrators, boards, and CFOs on how the software streamlines state tax-credit scholarship compliance, donor tracking, and fund distribution.

  • Define the sales playbook by defining target buyer personas, designing high-impact demo scripts, and establishing scalable sales processes within the CRM.

  • Cultivates strategic relationships with private school networks, dioceses, and educational foundations to accelerate market entry.

  • Collaborates with the State Affiliate Director and SGO Director to actively expand and grow the CEN.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Practical, working knowledge of state tax-credit scholarship programs and the financial compliance frameworks surrounding SGOs, preferred.
