Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a supportive and student-focused Michigan school district to fill an exciting full-time School Psychologist position for the 2025–2026 academic year. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate, data-informed professional who’s eager to make a lasting impact on student mental health and academic success.

As the School Psychologist, you will work directly with students to provide behavioral and emotional support through both one-on-one and small group interventions. Your role will involve conducting psychological evaluations, classroom observations, and assessments that help identify student needs and guide intervention strategies. You’ll collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective IEPs and ensure that services are aligned with individual student goals.

This school-based position offers the chance to be part of a collaborative team that values inclusivity, wellness, and student-centered care. You’ll also have access to professional development opportunities designed to enhance your practice and keep you at the forefront of your field.

In this role, you will conduct psychological assessments and observe students to gain insights that inform your approach. Supporting students with social-emotional and behavioral challenges is a key part of your work, along with contributing to the development of IEPs and participating in multidisciplinary meetings. Additionally, you will provide consultation and training to teachers, staff, and families to promote student success across academic and social environments.

Requirements

Candidates must have earned a Master's degree in School or Educational Psychology and hold a valid school psychology license issued by the state of Michigan. Additionally, applicants should either possess or be eligible to obtain the required endorsement in School Psychology.
