Job Description: As a School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, providing counseling services, and collaborating with educators and families to promote student success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, and socio-emotional functioning
• Providing individual and group counseling to address students' social and emotional needs
• Collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement interventions and support plans
• Participating actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and formulate appropriate educational strategies
• Maintaining meticulous records and documentation in adherence to state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Psychologist license
• Previous experience working as a School Psychologist (preferred)
• Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and intervention techniques
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
