As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and social-emotional success of students within the school munity.

Job Details:

• Location: Norwalk, CT
• Position Type: Full-time, Contract

• Duration: Contract
• Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, and social-emotional functioning.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions and support plans.
  • Provide counseling and support services to students individually and in groups.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate educational goals and acmodations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessment results, progress notes, and other relevant information.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Connecticut state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in educational settings preferred
• Strong munication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
