School Registered Behavior Tech Contract Job - Newton, MA

Location: Newton, MA
Duration: ASAP - June 21, 2024 (Tentative end date)

Hours:

Full-time position
36-38 hours per week
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:45AM-3:15PM
Wednesday: 7:45AM-3:45PM

Caseload:

Elementary students with various disabilities

Responsibilities:

Implementing behavior support plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Conducting discrete-trial training and other ABA-based interventions
Providing one-on-one support to students
Collaborating with teachers and other school staff to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies
Documenting student progress and behaviors

Requirements:

Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with an active certification
Comfortable working with children with various disabilities
Strong ABA skills and experience
COVID vaccination required

Additional Information:

Initial contract duration is for 3 months before extensions are considered
Onsite position

Pay: $26 per hour
