About the Role

Hello, RNs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to support students ages 18–21 in a school-based setting in Colorado Springs, CO. What You’ll Do

• Assess and respond to student health needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Monitor chronic health conditions and support student wellness
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance
• Communicate with families and collaborate with school staff
• Respond to emergencies and follow school safety protocols
• Promote student health, safety, and independence
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active Colorado State RN license
• School Nursing CDE or ability to obtain
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check
• Experience in pediatrics, school nursing, or public health preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
