School Secretary

Dove is in search of a bilingual (Spanish) secretary who can become a part of a great team and an administration that values professional development.

The main duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Answering the phones and taking messages, directing calls, and answering basic questions.

• Assisting with translation (Spanish->English) and attendance of students.

• Checking in visitors, families, and special guests while maintaining security protocols.

• Overseeing the basic medical needs and assessments of students including medication disbursement, and temperature.

• Other secretarial duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must fully be able to read, write, and speak Spanish with proficiency.

• Be able to utilize Microsoft Office proficiently

• Be able to multitask and assess situations quickly, professionally, and respectfully.

* Effective communication skills.

* Be able to write clear correspondence through email as needed.
