School Speech Language Pathologist - Kansas City, MO - Growth-Minded Organization

About the Position:

KIPP Endeavor Academy is seeking a passionate and qualified School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team! This is a temporary position from April 29th, 2024 to May 19th, 2024 (3 weeks), with a strong possibility of renewal and Extended School Year (ESY) opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a variety of communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to student success.
• Document progress and maintain accurate case records.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Missouri State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
• Experience working in a school setting is a plus
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for working with children
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
