Soliant, in collaboration with esteemed educational institutions in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a passionate and qualified School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As a vital member of the educational community, you will play a crucial role in providing students with the necessary speech and language services to support their academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs and goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to facilitate students' progress.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Ohio license or eligibility for Ohio licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Minimum of one year of recent experience working as an SLP in a school setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
