The Goddard School® located in Alpharetta off State Bridge Road is seeking a dedicated and nurturing transporter and nutrition specialist to join our team. At our School, we put our team members first because they put our students first. As a transporter and nutrition specialist, you will collaborate with the directors to make monthly snack menu and transportation routes.

No Nights or Weekends!!!

Resource Teacher Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for transporting students safely from elementary school to our school

Pick up and drop off students at designated locations, follow a schedule and route, help students board the bus, and plan around traffic

Hand out prepared meals, ensuring proper food handling and cooking techniques to maintain quality and safety.

Supply classrooms with snack for students while communicating with teachers about any

Monitor food supplies, place orders with vendors, and manage inventory to minimize waste and stay within budget.

Adhere to all food safety regulations, including proper storage, temperature control, and sanitation procedures.

Cater to students with allergies, food intolerances, and other dietary requirements.

Hand out prepared meals, ensuring proper food handling and cooking techniques to maintain quality and safety.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required

Shows empathy and compassion for young children

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with staff, children and families

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
