Hours/Day: 8 (Days, willing to discuss 4-10 hour shifts)

Compensation:

• Base: $33.94/hr
• Mid: $42.43/hr
• Max: $50.92/hr (based on years of experience)

Job Summary:

The School-Based Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats schoolchildren (ages 3-21) with physical, mental, or cognitive deficits that impact their academic success. This hospital-based position involves a combination of inpatient and outpatient care. Therapists collaborate with medical staff, special education instructors, paraprofessionals, teachers, and administrators to achieve functional outcomes in the academic setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for students.
• Focus on achieving functional outcomes in the classroom.
• Collaborate with school staff and medical professionals.
