ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a skilled RN to provide one-on-one care for a student in a school setting in Millbrook, NY. Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to a student with diabeticneeds in a school setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
• Monitor the student's health and respond to any medical emergencies or concerns
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure the student's medical needs are met effectively
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

Requirements:

• Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• CPR and First Aid certification
