Responsibilities:1:1 With Medically Fragile4th Aged Student

• Part Time Hours (25 - 30Hours per week)
• Support Trach protocols and Oxygen Assistance
• Administer medication, treatments, and first aid as needed
• Assess and manage students with chronic or acute health conditions
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care for students
• Maintain accurate health records and update emergency plans as needed
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives in the school community

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio
• Experience as a school nurse or in pediatrics preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Benefits:

  • $35 - $38/ Hourly (LPN)
  • $40- $43/ Hourly (RN)
