Schools - Speech Language Pathologist - Positive Work Culture

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Rock Hall, MD. This contracted position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with speech and language disorders. As an SLP with ProCare Therapy, you'll have the chance to work in collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals to provide comprehensive speech therapy services to students.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students both individually and in group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' speech and language goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
