Position Overview / ポジション概要

A global life science organization is seeking a Scientific Technical Specialist (TIS Agent) to join its Japan\-based technical team. This role is ideal for a PhD\-level scientist who enjoys combining deep scientific expertise with customer\-facing communication in a collaborative, international environment.

本ポジションは、博士号を有するサイエンティストとしての専門性を活かしながら、社内外と密に連携し、科学的な知見を分かりやすく伝える役割です。

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

English

• Respond professionally and accurately to scientific inquiries from external researchers and internal research service teams via email, phone, and virtual meetings
  




• Provide deep technical support related to biological resources, services, and research applications, including documentation within CRM systems
  




• Deliver scientific presentations and tutorials at seminars, conferences, roadshows (virtual and in\-person)
  




• Accompany commercial team members on customer visits as a scientific expert
  




• Continuously build expertise in mouse models for human diseases (e.g., antibody drugs, gene/cell therapy, immunology, oncology, metabolic disease, aging, genetic diversity)

• 外部研究者および社内研究サービス担当者からの科学的問い合わせに対し、メール・電話・Web会議を通じて専門的かつ迅速に対応
  




• リソース・サービス・研究用途に関する高度な科学的知識をもとに技術的調査を実施し、CRMへ正確に記録
  




• セミナー、学会、ロードショー等において、顧客および社内向けにプレゼンテーションやチュートリアルを実施
  




• 営業担当との顧客訪問への同行（科学的サポート役）
  




• ヒト疾患マウスモデルに関する専門知識を深化・更新（抗体医薬、遺伝子／細胞治療、免疫、腫瘍、代謝、老化 等）
  

Requirements

• PhD in Biological Sciences / 生物科学分野の博士号
  




• Strong background in mouse models for human disease and in vivo pharmacology
  




• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
  




• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating in a team
  

Preferred / 尚可

• Research background in oncology, immunology, or immuno\-oncology
  




• Experience related to safety, toxicity, GLP, or IND\-enabling studies
  




• Hands\-on experience with colony management, genetics, model development, experimental design, and troubleshooting
  




• Experience presenting scientific content to diverse audiences
