Scientist, CMC Analytical
Job Summary
City Therapeutics is seeking a passionate Scientist, CMC Analytical to join our growing team. You will lead method development, qualification, and transfer to support internal labs and external partners. The role is hands-on and highly cross-functional, partnering with CROs/CMOs to define impurity profiles and deliver comprehensive characterization of oligonucleotide drug substances, drug products, and process intermediates (e.g., siRNA and conjugates). You will report to the Director, CMC Analytical and contribute directly to City’s next-generation siRNA programs.

Compensation: The base salary range provided reflects our current estimate of what we anticipate paying for this position. Your actual base salary will be based on several factors, including relevant skills, experience, internal equity, relevant education or training and market dynamics. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus and equity compensation. Per Year Salary Range: $117,333 to $132,667
