Scientist, Research (Targeted Delivery)

Contribute to an interdisciplinary team focused on expanding targeted delivery into new cell types and tissues. Design, optimize, and execute a wide range of analytical and biophysical assays to assess the identity, purity, stability, and aggregation propensity of ligand candidates. Analyze and interprete complex data from various techniques to guide the selection and engineering of ligand with optimal biophysical properties. Establish tools, techniques, and assays to identify and characterize new receptors to unlock targeted delivery into new cell types and tissues. Transparently communicate results with key stakeholders throughout the organization. PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or related field. 0-3 years of experience in biopharma setting. Expertise in receptor biology and characterizing ligand/receptor interactions using ELISA, Western blot, FP, ITC, and BLI/SPR. Strong background in protein biophysics to characterize the ligand using DSF, DLS SEC. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) are essential. Familiarity with high-throughput automation setup is preferred.
