Basic Job Functions:

Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:1. Tracking, maintaining, and reporting of raw material inventory2. Processing of receiving, usage, and adjustment transactions3. Reconciling scrap accounts4. Completing all month-end closing procedures related to scrap5. Maintaining various spreadsheets related to inventory tracking6. Invoicing for raw materials and scrap7. Creating purchase requisitions and tracking open contracts8. Creating daily and monthly reports for end users9. Interfacing with outside vendors and all levels of mill personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

Understanding of Sarbanes-Okley and GAAP

Ability to use advanced Excel features (PivotTables, functions, formulas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

Oracle, EIS or GL Connect Experience

Completed or pursuing a 4-year degree in Business, Accounting or related field.
