We are looking for a dedicated Screen Print Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Screen Print Assistant will support the screen printing process, ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are produced efficiently. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and preparing screen printing machines and equipment before production runs.
• Collaborate with the screen printing team to ensure production schedules are met in a timely manner.
• Load and unload printed garments and materials onto drying racks and equipment.
• Monitor the quality of printed products during production, making adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of screen printing equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Support the team in mixing inks and preparing screens for the printing process.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Contribute to team discussions and efforts to improve processes and production efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in screen printing or a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or screen printing environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about screen printing processes and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including potential overtime during busy periods.
• Experience with safety practices in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
